I am fairly certain that this is Wilhelmina ('Minnie') Stier (Mather).

To me, this is definitely one of the "Stier" sisters. However, a person who does facial recognition analysis told me they don't think so. I think that person is wrong :) Please note that opposite this picture was picture "B" again.
