I think the woman on the right looks very similar to Mary Stier (Smith). I do not think that is her and Charles, however she has similar facial features.

I wish I knew who these two are, they show up several times in the photo album.

We 'know' from other sources that photo "C" is Carl Christian "Charles" Stier who came over from Germany as a young boy in 1856 with his father and two sisters. But note that photos "B" and "C" appear to have been taken at the same time (i.e. exact same background, same statue on table). Even the pose is EXACTLY the same. Does the person in photo "B" look young enough to be the son of Charles? Does Charles (photo "C") look old enough to be the father of the person in photo "B"? Also note that photo "B" shows up TWICE in the photo album.

The Stier family kept a photo album at the farm in Waterford. The photos you are about to see are from that photo album and they are all directly related to our family. The problem is we don't exactly know who each picture is. Is Heinrich Carl's father in here? We have pictures of the daughters, are his sons in here? We know several of the people in the photos (not all), and the back of two of the photos are addressed to the "Stier Brothers Farm". This is probably some of the very best family history info we have. It is almost a miracle we still have this photo album today. These pictures are from the 1800's. The pictures will be shown in the order they appear in the photo album. If we know who is in the picture,the name will be below the picture. If we don't know there won't be a name, we still know they are family, we just are not certain who is in the picture. Remember, the three possible families that could be represented in these photos include the Stier's (for sure, we know several of the photos are Stier's and two of the photo's have "To: Mrs. Stier at the Stier Brothers Farm" written right on the back). Possibly some Bucholz's, and possibly some relation of Charle's second wife? I conclude they are mostly Stier photos...
